We are looking for an accounting and taxation service provider will versed with US tax returns preparation specifically 1040 and 1120 returns(federal and state). We have an in-house tax-preparation team and exploring this forum as a back-up option for the tax-season. We would be using the service provider for handling the additional work load we expect during the season.
