We have recently changed logo and style of our website and we need redesigning of the website which has 15 to 20 static pages with couple of dynamic pages like library (where we would like to post documents), careers, and news on home page, etc. We want a facility wherein we can change the theme of homepage depending upon events / festivals, etc. We also need couple of forms like one on careers, enquiry form, order form, etc. We want service provider to redesign this website keeping below points in mind.

2. Centered Orientation.
3. 3D Effects: Use of reflections and fades, Very subtle drop shadows to highlight
4. Soft neutral background color - preferably grey or white
5. Strong color should be used sparingly i.e. only when necessary for emphasis
6. Use of Icons/Symbols for representation.
7. Plenty of whitespace.
8. Difference in text sizes to achieve emphasis.
9. Chrome less design would be preferable i.e. avoid visible vertical and horizontal lines.
