Our Company is a start up and we are using A Equipment Lease contract provided to us under license. However, we wish to make changes to it, to reflect. It is not a master lease, insures it is enforceable and confirms with California UCC, does not violate usury, this will always viewed as a Net Lease and is legally enforceable contract. Review for compliance with CALIFORNIA UCC and contract law for enforceability as well as surviving US bankruptcy law. We require these to be done: Equipment Lease Agreement 7 pgs. Assignment of Equipment Lease 3 pgs. Consent of Vendor Assignment 2 pgs. Acceptance Equipment Corticated 1 pg. Guarantor 2pgs. We need to review and legal corrections to be done within 1 month.
