We are China based company looking for experienced service provider to research and write a report on market study for LED lighting market in USA, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan. Focus on retrofit LED: spotlights and bulbs. Focus on general retail and DIY stores: Wal-Mart/Carrefour and Home Depot-like stores. We need report with below information.

1) Establish a list of target customers
- Type of retailer (DIY, Food, Non-Food, etc.)
- Number of stores per chain
- Average shelf space in the store per lighting product brand
- Type of distribution (centralized buying in HQ, franchises with full freedom, etc.)

2) Establish a list of product currently selling
- Packaging (blister or box)
- Type of fitting (E27/26, B22, GU10, GU5.3, etc.)
- Shapes (bulb, globe, down light, spotlights, etc.)
- Specifications (in Watt, Lumen and color temperature)

3) Study LED competition’s products
- List of 5 largest LED brands in your market, market share & average shelf space
- Specifications of competitor products
- Picture of competitors shelf spaces
- Buy 2 items of each of best selling items from competitors so HLRA can produce a competition benchmark for your market
- List of prices from competitors in retail stores

4) Study LED competition’s marketing/POS material
- Pictures of stores, shelves, products; websites, promotions, contest, etc.
Our approximate budget is up to 300 USD per country report like Australia, UK and Japan and will be paid via PayPal.
