Title : Conversion of Documents in Auto CAD & Scanning

Description :
We are India (Gujarat) based organization. We are looking for firms (From India Only) for our requirement of Scanning of various documents and Conversion of various electrical & mechanical documents in Auto CAD (Editable). We have more than 10000 documents for scanning and more than 1500 documents for conversion in Auto CAD. The size of the documents is varying from A0 to A4. The work must be completed in 6 months. Provider will provide scanned documents in TIFF or PDF format. Provider will provide scanned and converted documents in soft copy on CDs. Provider must ensure the integrity, confidentiality & security of all the documents & drawings which will be taken for their digitization.

The work will be done at our premises. We have arranged optional Pre Bid Conference on 4th November, 2008. Interested providers are requested to send their proposal on or before 12th November, 2008 by 14:00 hrs. EMD (Refundable) is required. For more details have a look on attachment.
