Description :

We are Qatar based company looking for qualified service providers for our Data Entry requirement. We have some hand written forms related to daily inspection that need to be entering into excel sheet.

1. We have approximately 1000 pages of Daily Inspection Forms, hand written, to be entered into the excel sheet.
2. Each form will have 5 rows and 5 columns
3. The excel sheet format is provided as attached
4. The initial volumes of 1000 pages are scanned into the pdf files (each containing 12 forms) will be put at web storage media fire for your access. Follow on of 10 – 12 pages will be also posted at the same location to access weekly.
5. The initial 1000 pages data entry should be completed by 10th January 2010.

We are looking for best proposals. Interested service providers are requested to contact us as soon as possible with their profiles.
