We are India based company looking for experienced service provider for the development of Content management system. We promote products and want to sell them online; also we produce videos on different entertainment themes.

We want to develop a content management system with below features:
1) Producers should be able to post the photograph and video with user name and it should directly uploaded to website.
2) When user makes payment via PayPal to buy video then system should be able to send user name and password to the buyer automatically.
3) When user completes the downloading of video user name and password should be deactivated automatically.

Our approximate budget is up to 500 USD and we are ready to make 20% as an advance payment via PayPal. Interested service providers are requested to contact us as soon as possible with their profile.
