We are an India based company looking for qualified service providers for our membership site development requirement. We want to create a membership site that allows us to make registering for programs quick and easy.

One important aspect of this is allowing members are as follows:
to apply for groups. This project accomplishes the part of the process that:
A. Allows the member to apply for a group.
B. Allows a reviewer to see a dynamic list of new applications and read the
details of each application submitted.
C. The reviewer reads the application info and makes a determination as to
whether the applicant is eligible to be in group A, B, or C. A provides no
discount, B provides a 50% discount, and C provides a 90% discount. A is the
default group for all members.
D. Once the group is assigned, the status of the application (i.e. the group
assigned) is part of that member’s record for a period of time (say one
year or until a given date) and makes that member eligible for certain
discounts on other items offered on the site.

Our estimated budget is Upto 200 USD and will be paid via PayPal after the work is completed. Interested service providers are requested to contact us as soon as possible with their profiles.
