We are Singapore based company looking for Software developer for our requirement. We need to develop user friendly Payroll Software to fulfill the requirements of the small companies at Singapore. This software should be easy to install with no additional software requirement.We need Visual Basic, Microsoft Access, SQL experts to develop this software.The system should be built in such a way that it allows changes (eg CPF rates). It should allow easy submission of monthly CPF report electronically and printing of yearly IRA form. It should be secured and user registration required. Our budget is upto 1000 USD and Payment will be made via PayPal or Bank Transfer after the completion of the project. Service providers from Singapore will be preferred.We need to complete this project as soon as possible. Interested service providers are requested to contact us as soon as possible.
