We are USA based company looking for qualified service providers for our Splash Flash page requirement. We want an entire new website to be developed. We require Professional flash designer.

We want to have the ocean wave’s move and the sail boat move across the screen. We would like sound of the ocean and wave’s. On a time line we want our logo to appear after a second or two with text that says “enter site”, on mouse over of this link, a new sound will play Caribbean Steel Drums. Programmer must be willing to create “mock ups”. The second part of this job will be to do a redesign of the site, but first the flash entry page.
