We are USA based company looking for qualified service providers for our website designing requirement. We are looking for service providers to build a Website for us. We need a website built for a Mortgage Brokerage Company.

It needs to be backend user friendly, the site needs to be built on wordpress platform so that content can be added and easily edited. A logo for the company will be supplied. The design needs to be unique; no simple theme designs that already in use unless they are adequately modified to create somewhat of a unique site.

Site should have the following pages:

Home, About US, Staff, Resources (which drops down to Credit Scoring, Refinancing, New Purchases, Mortgage Calculator, and Mortgage Program), Contact US, and Apply For A Loan. The Home page should have a prominent display area for current mortgage rates similar to the design.

Our estimated budget is upto 300 USD and will be paid via PayPal after the work is completed. Interested service providers are requested to contact us as soon as possible with their profiles.
